Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FASTag Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our FASTag services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, experience in the FASTag industry, and the ability to manage teams efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational workflows, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing FASTag distribution and recharge processes.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Oversee the end-to-end operations of the FASTag division, including distribution, customer service, and recharge activities.

⦁ Coordinate with toll plazas, transport agencies, and other stakeholders to streamline FASTag deployment and usage.

⦁ Monitor and manage FASTag sales teams.

⦁ Need to understand the KYC process.

⦁ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines related to FASTag services.

⦁ Supervise a team of executives and agents responsible for sales, distribution, and customer support.

⦁ Prepare and analyze operational reports to improve efficiency and address challenges.

⦁ Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints related to FASTag services promptly.

Key Requirements:

⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

⦁ 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the FASTag.

⦁ Strong knowledge of the FASTag ecosystem, including recharge processes, regulatory guidelines, and toll management.

⦁ Proven experience in team leadership and project management.

⦁ Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.

⦁ Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle operational data and reports.

⦁ Willingness to travel as required.
